My name is Steve Carvell. I am MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional) my main areas of expertise and experience are web design and publishing, application support, and training. I have a range of skills which I use to create web sites, and feel simple and easy design is important when delivering your message to customers. I have a knowledge of SEO (search engine optimization) and how to maximise your site to customers through engines such as google and yahoo etc.

I also currently work in the NHS implementing an e-prescribing chemotherapy software package. This role involves project management, software development, reporting, and staff training. I have many years experience in application support and am also responsible for the development of our intranet, which is where I first become interested in web design. Since then I have designed and created many web sites.

I am also skilled in writing Crystal Reports (www.businessobjects.com) which is a complex piece of software used to create bespoke reports from complex databases, in addition to this I am an authorised re-seller for a product called CRD which can automate the production and distribution of your own Crystal Reports.
